Tribe concept is cheating the people. Please don't buy the products from Tribe concept and we have together to go consumer court against tribe concept. We all have paid the money but they haven't delivered the product and not responding to us. We should teach a lesson to tribe concept.
I placed an order (#TTC406350) and never received the product. Despite waiting well beyond the expected delivery time, there has been no update, no shipment, and absolutely no refund issued. I've tried reaching out, but customer service has been unresponsive or unhelpful.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I feel completely let down and ignored. I do not recommend purchasing from this seller until they address this kind of poor service and lack of accountability.
Never received my order and sent like 30 emails! Team responded till one point and then nothing. No replacement no refund no accountability!
This is so unprofessional even after trying multiple ways to contact regarding the product delivery no body is responding it just shows the product is out for delivery but no delivery partner has called regarding the shipment it is been more than 2 weeks 😭 . Worst management

This is so unprofessional even after mailing multiple times no update regarding my order and it's an pre-paid order, it's been a week.In website I'm not able to track my order and it's showing full filled but I have nt received any order or update or call from the delivery agent.
I have ordered kukumadi tailam and body cleanser on 29th November, till date there is no proper tracking and the pickup is often rescheduling. There is no response for the email that I had sent. Very disappointed and worst service.
Recently I have ordered 90days miracle Oil, Shipping delivery is worst service and iam notable to TRACK shipment and Note able to reach out your team, I sent couple of mails , no reply from tribe concepts . Iam not sure i receive my order or not. Very BAD Courier service.
As soon I received my order for 90 day Miracle Oil, I found the package has oil leakage of the cover box, as well the leakage on the box covering. The bottle was unsealed with the plastic covering on nozzle lying inside the box broken. Their is no phone support, neither a better response over watsapp. I have written mail to their given support mail address and awaiting response on replacement of the product or refund.
Value for money. Definitely worth trying. Quality products. <3

Been using kumkumadi thailam for the past 1 month. Excellent product. I apply it overnight and wash my face in the morning. My face looks so supple and shiny. Even my family members have started noticing the difference. I love the product and would definitely refer it for dry, dull and suntanned skin.

Have been using the 90 day miracle hair oil for a month now and loving the texture of my hair . I have also been using kumkumadi tailam from a long time alone with daily face cleanser and it works just amazing . Definitely worth the investment.
I am reviewing this almost after 6 months of using this beautiful hair oil. I was facing terrible hair fall, hair thinning, no shine. I tried almost everything which promised I'm giving those results but failed. Then I switched to this miracle oil. Oiling and leaving it for 30 mins and then washing off is again something doable for me in my busy schedule. I am on 4th bottle now which I did not open yet, but trying the onion range from the same brand. That is beautiful and worth the bucks I spend. I got that combo in one of their offers and I'm so happy with my hair routing. This would be my hair regime going forward.
